Lockpicking in Skyrim is better suited to a gꦓamepad. Lockpicking in Oblivion is almost impossible with a gamepad. Not sure what it is but I loved doing it with mouse and keyboard when I first played it on PC. In Oblivion Remastered on console, I'm relying on open lock magic. Not even bothering to use lockpics. They're useless 😂.
