It's not a matter if intelligence, it's just a ꦇmatter of perspꦦective. If you look at it through a technical standpoint, legally they didn't do anything wrong, and they are part of the public. Morally speaking, of course it's wrong. If you ask anyone that's actually trying to get their hands on something under a scalpers control, then all they're going to tell you are bad experiences. No one wants to pay double or triple the price of anything.
