For me, it was the continu⛎al drip of bad news before release... Every time I had the Lando gif reaction: "This deal keeps getting worse all the time!"

High 🍎price, bad battery life, paid hardware demo, camera requiring a subscription after a year (and the potted plant version having a STUPID low resolution), cartridges as "unlock keys", paid upgrad♌es on Switch games you already own... I really don't see a reason to jump for it.

I can really only speak to my experience... I felt burned by Ubisoft's open world Avatar game. Iౠ went into it expecting Assassin's Creed with an Avatar skin but in reality, it was Far Cry with an Avatar skin. So I'm naturally skeptical on Outlaws.

Second, I want the best version of the game. Currently that seems to be the Xbox Series X version, but no꧅w I'm hearing it will be enhanced for the PS5 Pro, so now it looks like it's better to wait for the inevitable Black Friday deals and se🐻e what the Pro version looks like.
