That's the entire point... MP is supposed to be a rare ressource so you have to balance dungeon delving with grinding social events and the like (which are in the end also a form of leve♌ling up). The whole game is balanced around this. That being said, it's still very possib🐓le to one-shot big dungeons if you're smart about it.
