As a Londoner I found hearing a Japanese character calling a woman a "bird" in an American a๊ccent assumingly jarring.

Not offensive though - here in the UK "bird" is pr𒆙etty much equivalent to "bloke". If it carries sexist connotations, they're extremely mild. I've never been aware of anyone taking offence to it.

Doll-face is much more in keeping with the noir-ish setting and American accents. And although that might be a bit more sexist, it's in keeping with attitudes the characters would have in that time and place (which is a bit of a 🔯weird hybrid setting, but still.)

Is it🌜 worth getting offended when a Raymond Chandler character goes on about a broad with gams that don't quit? I really don't think it is. And I this all as a woke tufu-eating pinko leftie.

I've only played an hour of hour of the game so far but I know I'm going to love it. God ൲I love SMT and all its crazy spinoffs.
