Minh Do you have Bihara ꧃on your map? If not I think you have to go thru the Savannah to get to it (south east). Once there, talk to the dock worker and he'll take you to the lake

Minh Go to the area with Dantarg and clear out ♌that first dungeon with Dantarg at the end. After doing that, report to the elder. Hell let u buy the seashell from him after his quest clears
