I don't think you understand what tolkien's dilemma was when it came to the orcs then, his dilemma was trying to make it so that they were fully e꧂vil despite bei༒ng a corrupted version of elf.

Since evil i♌n his framework can only mock but can't create, meaning the orcs being depicted as somewhat civ🦩ilized in The Hobbit and them being able to speak, and being corrupted elves since they could not be a unique creation since evil cannot create... Meant that they likely had a soul. Still, token was fine with them being holy evil and prefer that depiction and said as much. He was never attempting to humanize the works

I actually don't think Tolkien would be happy with the depiction of the orcs, he kind of just me💝ant for them to be flat out evil and not human or humanized at all. They weren't supposed to be sympathetic figures anymore.
