No, we don't all love and respect Nintendo. They won't make better games eithe🌠r. The reason is simple: Why should they? People will buy their games regardless of the poor quality, bugs and tons of missing pokemon which get later added in paid(!) dlcs.

Nintendo deserves every competitor they have and needs it. This lawsuit will take on for years to come and even then its noꦏt sure if they ev✃en have success. And then they can start to sue the other dozens of competitors. And many more will rise.

Yeah I agree with your point of view on the patent. I don't even know if this is legal, ꩵusually you can't just patent a game system you would have to specify which part of it you think can be patented. Well I'm no lawyer but I still think they will have a hard time getting through, Pocketpair surely has checked what they can implement in their game and what not.
