Hi Noah! So far, there hasn’t been a Gold Rare card (also known as Hyper Rare) for either Zekrom or Reshiram. That’s why they’re not included in the list. The Ultra Ball card from Plasma Freeze is not a Gold Rare (Hyper Rare). If you check the bottom left corner of the card, you’ll see this for yourself.
