There is an easy fix. As someone else already mention turn 1 attacks are currently allowed but rare since you have no energy, (with Misty being the primary work-around at this point). As soon as the✨y create some basic pokemon with zero cost attacks the initial flip will feel much more fair. It won't even be that weird since 0-cost attacks already exist in the normal tcg.
