I'm currently sitting on a $400 Best Buy gift card from a Geek Squad claim a few weeks ago, which kind of pig♛eonholed me into ordering from Best Buy. Not only did I not get one despite being online the moment it was SUPPOSED to drop, the experience was absolutely miserable. Had I known I would've just gone to GameStop and would've found something else to use the Best Buy gift card on. Not to mention I love in person launches, they're always so much fun and a little nostalgic. So, yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. Maybe next time.
