I'm going to guess it's wheeling and dealing with the console folks. Probably a whole lot of money involved th✃at makes it worth it to delay PC release by a year or two. Perhaps the multiple purchases you mention is part of that. Money is always the answer.

As of today I would say no, not worth th🧸e time investment. They need to add better and more loot drops for a loot game. Right now you need to be unemployed or have 8 hrs a day to game to make any headway in the game. It is not a game that respects your time.

Had the same experience as the writer. Not enough quality loot drops and only found one orb that allows me to make a yellow rare item with 4x modifiers by level 25 (approx 10 hrs of gaming for me, about a weeks worth). I was Act II levels 20s while most of my gear was level 6 or so. Not fun. And this is a game about finding loot haha. I hope they change this fast before most lose interest. Again, it's not a fun g𝕴ame (right now) for anyone who isn't unemployed or gaming 8 hrs a day.

I was really exited for outlaws, bought it day one. Played about 6 hrs and wasn't sure if I was having fun or playing it like a job. I got Jedi Survivor the next week and couldn't put it down. Almost got it beat now after a fe𓆏w weeks (I'm an adult gamer). I don't think I can even go back to Outlaws. As mentioned, a beautiful immersive world, but nothing fun to do in it. Your character can't stealth well without 𓆉frustration and she can't fight. The clan system is good but just leads to more sneak missions to find an item. Totally boring game and I'm really surprised some finished it. I doubt many will ever revisit it because there are simply too many good games to play now.
