Oblivion WAS already available on𒁏 modern consoles. The first time I ever played it was on Xbox One, which is essentially the same thing software-wise as the Series X and S consoles. Not to mention Gamepass streaming to 𝄹phones or PC, or just downloading to PC.

Ive seen some posts on reddit from indie game developers who give a great insight as to how games are made, and they made me realize something: all the gameplay additions to TotK were WAY MORE ADVANCED than what people really think. Technically, it was a major overhaul just to have all these rideable contraptions with near infinite customization. But that wor🉐k is all ignored and underplayed, despite it probably being like t༺rying to make Mario 64 for the first time.
