Dragon Age: The Veilguard Limits Yඣou To Three Cꦕharacters At A Time
So, I can confirm this limit doesn't exist on PC. I made 3 rooks, then decided I 𝔉wanted one of them as a rogue not a mage so I imported the appearance and played as rogue, only later deleting the mage version as I realised I'd forgotten to. So I've had 4 going at one time
