Pokemon Go's Gigantamax Announcement Is A Kick In The Teeth For Loyal Players
I will be interested to see how much stronger a gmax pokemon will be compared to the dmax form. I know the gmax moves will be better (just like sword and shield) but how much of a difference is what i am interested in. I think your investments will still be worth it. The question is are you going for good/fun or the best? If you want the best, then yes, you wasted a lot of resources. But that is almost always 🌠the case. They are always going to look for ways to obtain moneꦦy, and that means finding "bigger and better".

If you ever thought💟 it would be different, that is on you. I do think they screwed up on making the starters the first gmax pokemon, b💃ut we all knew we wouldn't be able to gmax the pokemon we already had. I do think at somepoint they will release max soup, but it will be similar to a masterball - only on rare occasions and/or locked behind a ticket.

This is exactly how I feel. I get people like the idea of free to play. Completely free and no gri෴nd sounds great. Until you realize the grind is what makes it satisfying. If I was handed a shundo at every turn, I would get bored. While I still buy the games, the mainstream pokemon games become a bore to me after a playthrough. I have to put challenges on myself to make it fun. Pogo is a grind and it can be frustrating, but thats part of the joy when things go well too. With gmax, I do feel bad for rural players. But at the end of the day, this game is designed for more populated areas. Doesn't mean it can't be played in rural areas, just not its design.
TLDR - I am glad to seꦑe there is someone who understands♈ that games like this are not a bad thing.
