Fair enough, but it should be noted that SIE have and continue to develop single player games, some are pretty good apparently. Yet in the next sentence reveal you play Marvel 🅺Rivals a live service game developed by Netease, famous for basically only developing live service and mobile games. Recently firing the entire Seattle based Marvel Rivals staff because it's ch♛eaper in China.

I guess we all would have been more happy right if Sony hadn't have stepped in to fund this Bungie project and these devs were looking for jobs for the past few years. Live service or not personally I'm happy hundreds of jobs get saved. Would an aܫwesome single player game be better, who knows but it wouldn't have saved this project and these jobs certainly.

Irrespective of the live service game failing or succeeding. This project isn't new, Sony have given additional years of employment to these devs that absolutely would have lost their jobs otherwise. The project was neither conceived or originated within Sony but was spun off from♕ Bung🌌ie who themselves were in financial difficulties and Sony decided to fund it outside of Bungie post acquisition. So your entire take on Sony gambling with these developers livelihoods is misinformed.
