They aren't going to omit people, th༒ey're just going to make a new canon. Characters like Fe🐭nris could show up because they decide a canon story for them. They can decide who is in charge in Orlais, etc etc.

At one point it wa🌟s becoming too many situations with too many branching paths.

They should maꦍybe make a new RPG, neither a Mass effect nor a Dragon age. That would give them room to do somethin🐻g new and not be tied down by 15 year old decisions
