One clarification is perrenation can p💮ull back any permanent, not just creatures, so in a crazy 4 color deck, you can pull back an omniscience and it will have indestructible and hexproof. It's likely way better to pull nonﷺ-creatures as they would be very difficult to deal with.

Druddigon is actually really good, just not for a d♑ragon deck. Staple card now is Gyarados which helps to push damage vs Mewtwo to oneshot. Druddigon is also seeing play in Golem, and many other decks replacing Kanghaskhan because it often represents 20-40 damage for no energy investment.

Lumineon can't hit the Active, but has free retreat. Seadra can hit the active, but it costs 1 more energy and has a retreat cost, so it kinda is an upgrade though not completely, as itᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ is useless if your opponent only has their active in play late game.

Herald is a 6/6 not a 7/7, and one thing to consider is platinum angel being an artifact. It is easier to blow up, sure, but it also benefits from darksteel citadel, artifact Tutors, and whit♍e and red spells that can reanimate it.

Edict is still probably not as good as blasphemous act. Decks like Jared Carthalion and Wayta benefit from the 🃏damage aspect, and 13 to all might as well be a board wipe. The act can also be played at many different mana values, and opponents can play around the edict easier by not having as many creatures on the board.
