Cody, to explain because I can see doing it though I don't myself, but I do the opposite of what you do. For me a game is about winding down and relaxing. Making a game more difficult and frustrating is the opposite of that for me. I don't want it baby level easy but I don't seek to make a game harder in most cases either. It's really a balance for me. And in these types of games I find inventory weight one of the more annoying things that simply are an annoyance rather than adding true difficulty. You didn't stop me from being able to horde, I still do i🦄t, you just made it take twice as long. Or I have found shortcuts like using a strength potion in Skyrim (dif game) to fast travel then dump my stuff in my home. I have honestly always felt Skyrim's weight system was too low. Oblivions is much better. I can live with oblivion๊'s weight system but Skyrim is just not enough and no way to really make it enough

I think also they could have had unique quests in some of the portals. Maybe not every single portal has instantly hostile dremora and maybe you could even talk to some of them and get your own quests from a dremora or daedric prince. It co𝄹uld be especially good for the darker playthroughs as I would imagine they would want something bad to happen or help them. The details can be sorted by them but it could be random or tied to specific portals. I think it would also break up the monotony and surprise as everyone expects to fight in every one but instead having a ran⛎dom one be peaceful and even give out quests and tell their own story, that could have been a cool direction to take it
