Like The Cons𓄧o﷽le Itself, The Switch 2’s Pro Controller Is A Massive Improvement From The Original
My reaction is one great big "meh".
T💖he Switch Pro Controller 2's not worth💦 the upgrade over the original for me.
I haven't experienced any of the downsides n𝔍oted in the article. The buttons never got stuck, the sticks are fine, and the light weight is a bonus when you're packing a bag to go🌌 on holiday with a Switch and a Steam Deck and a second controller that works with both.
And the addition of the G buttons is a big old "whoop de do": so they copied the Steam Controller from 2014, over ten years ago? Great. And of course they can only be used as additional mappings, because the standไard console doesn't incluꦛde them.
I'm afraid I'm completely underwhelmedꦿ, just as I am with tꦆhe console.
Nintendo Switch 2 Review: A Predictable Yet Undeniably Impressive Evolutio🎃n
"banal and predictable" ๊sums up Nintendo these day♕s.
Since Iwata's death they've become quite a dull company that doesn't take risks with new and interesting devic✱es any more.
I boug💫ht the Switch 2 but it's very underwhelming.
I have a very capable PC and an OLED Steam Deck as well, so only got the new Switch for the first party exclusives,🐲 but I'm not seeing that many yet.
The Wii U was a much more exไciting console in many respects. NintendoLand was a fun way of demonstrating its capabilities, and third party exclusives like Zombii U were a pleasant surprise.
The Switch 2, or Switch Pro or Switch U🌳 doesn't have any of thos🌳e things.
This New Nintendo Account Update W൲ill Make Your Switch Useless If You Break The Terms And Conditions
I can do what I want with hardware I've bought and own൩, thanks Nintendo. And I fully intend to hack my Switch 2 wide open and happily play games offline.
Nintend🔜o Switch 2 Joy-Cons Officially Have A Pay-To-Press Button
Just because i🥂t's the status quo d༺oesn't make it right.
There are no charges for PC online gaming.
There weren't any ch꧑arges for Nintendo online gaming until the Switch.
They're doing it because they can get aw༺ay with i꧋t, and deserve to be called out on that.
I Can't Be Bothered To Even Try To Get A Switch 2
I'll be gettin♕g that day 1 hardware and day 1 firmware, both hopefully c🔜ontaining some exploitable vulnerabilities for future use
