"I Might Not Have Written It That Way": Ashly Burch Responds To Max And Chloe's Relationship In Life Is Strange: Double Exposure
People are weird. The default choice would never be to run away with Chloe. The selfish let countless people die and a w♑hole town destroyed. Also, romantically being thrown together by huge life changing events is a phenomenon, and isn't necessarily going to last. I don't know why the devs even multiple years laterꦛ are so keen on trying to force storylines of young teenage girls being lesbian in all of their games either, it's peculiar.
What are they to do with a Chloe and Max storyline years later? That's boring and has nowhere to go. They can only do so much story for these games, they can't branch off into all kinds of re🐲alms of choices and decisions. Look at the fact they only had two simplistic choices in running away together and saving the town. I mean, there would've been an obvious solution of not using her power to save Chloe, which is what I don't understand from the first game. The lesson from the story of the first game was all about chaos theory (one of the episodes titles). No matter how you try to make things perfect, you can never make it just as you want it. You had to let go of the thing you were trying to hard to save, even if it makes no sense in her thinking why can't I save her in that first memory by not using my power. That's the story. However much you try to make it perfect, you can't have it all ways.
