Sean I don't thi🌠nk you understood my initial message. I don't disagree with what you're saying a꧃t all? What I'm saying is that Alicia NEEDS to move on, and Verso's ending is what's necessary for her to achieve that.

What I was disagreeing with was the notion that the game needed a happy ending where nobody has to compromise, because that's not how grief works, and that would betray the pain and sacrifice invo🍷lved with moving on.

As far as what you're saying, and th꧂e rest of what Alex said, I don't disagree at ℱall. If anything you're echoing my own stance.

Gonna 🥃have to strongly disagree. I think it perfectly captured the essence of grief and how painful the process of moving on from it can be. In order to truly move on you need to accept reality without compromise, comfort is nice but it can consume you, and sometimes we need to let go of things that mean the most to us if we want to properly heal. That process can hurt just as much as the loss itself.
