As reached a full year since the initial launch, the game started its season two main story with the Version 2.0 update. This story takes 𝓡you to a brand-new area where you meet the members of the Yunkui Summit faction, and you can also get some of these members as pla𒆙yable characters.

Yixuan is the first character you'll meet from this faction, and she's t🤡he first Rupture character to be released as well. Having Auric Ink as her attribute, Yixuan can dish out immensely high damage as long as you equip her with the right gear and get used to her rotation.

Since the Rupture specialty first arrived in Zenless Zone Zero with Yixuan's release, there aren't a lot of W-Engine choices for her. Of course, the best W-Engine for Yixuan is her signature one called Qingming Birdcage. However, if you're not going for that, you have a couple of other chℱoices:

When you head over to Yixuan's equipment section, you'll find a total of six slots where you can place different Drive Discs. These discs have one main stat and up to four sub-stats, and serve as the main way to stack your character with the required stats. Yixuan Best Team Composition

As you might already know, Zenless Zone Zero follows a strict guide when it comes to team compositions since every character has some added bonuses for using a specific type, attribute, or faction units with them. For Yixuan, these are Stun, Support, or Defense characters. In theory, it might look like she ha𒐪s a lot of choices because of this.

However, the reality is different mainly because she can't use a lot of the buffs provided by the usual characters from these specialties. For example, Rina and Nicole are some of the best support units in the game, but they provide ꧋increased PEN and reduce the enemy's DEF r𝄹espectively, which are both useless for Yixuan.

Once again, Yixuan can completely ignore the enemy's DEF with her Sheer Force damage.

With that in mind, the only best team for Yixuan currently involves Pan Yinhu and Astra Yao. For an F2P team, you can replace Astra Yao with Nicole as she still gives a 25 percent DMG bonus with her extra ability, which works great with Yixuan.

Yixuan Skill Overview And Priority

Agent kits are normally quite complicated in Zenless Zone Zero, and Yixuan is no different, especially since she has multiple instances of Basic Attacks, EX Special Attacks, and Ultimates. Ho🅠wever, here's an easy breakdown of how she works:

• Yixuan replaces her Energy with Adrenaline while also having a special bar below her picture called Technique Points. Adrenaline is used to trigger her EX Special Attacks while Technique Points can trigger her additional Ultimate.
• Yixuan can use her EX Special Attack up to three times at the same time. The first and third ones consume her Adrenaline to deal high damage while the second one is considered a generic Special Attack. The first EX Special Attack can parry an enemy's attack if you time it right.
• She has a third EX Special Attack that gets triggered if you hold your basic attack with enough Adrenaline, and this one deals higher damage to stunned enemies if you have her additional core ability activated.
• Yixuan gets 0.667 Technique Point for each Adrenaline you consume, with a maximum limit of 120. When you fill the Technique Point bar a.k.a. get 120 of them, you can activate her special Ultimate that deals a ton of damage and gives her one stack of Auric Array basic attack (the circle beside the Technique Point bar).
• You can activate this basic attack by holding dodge or pressing basic attack while you're flying with your bird. This can regenerate some of your Adrenaline while dealing damage to the enemies. You can also regenerate Adrenaline by parrying/dodging enemy attacks, applying attribute anomaly, or switching to another character with a perfect assist.

The general idea is to use your EX Special Attacks until you get her special Ultimate. After using this Ultimate, you can use the Auric Array basic attack and repeat the process. Of course, you can use 🃏your🍌 normal Ultimate whenever it's ready.

If you're using a stun character, you'd want to stun the enemy before using your special ultimate.

Y🗹ou can upgrade Yixuan's skills in the following order:

1. Ultimate
2. EX Special Attack
3. Basic Attack
4. Dodge

Of course, you need to upgrade her core abilities whenever possible and yo✤u can ignore her Assist after a few upgrades.
