Swordsoul is nothing new to the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, but its inclusion in Maze of the Master just goes to show how great it is. Getting everything you need to put together a Swordsoul deck is fai✅rly eas💞y. You’ll still need the Tenyi cards to make the deck complete, but everything you need to make Swordsoul in regards to the main monsters is here.

You have Swordsoul Mo Ye which can bring out a token for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:an easy Synchro Summon. By🐭 itself, you can bring out Swordsoul Grandmaster - Chixiao for an easy negate on the board. Meanwhile, a little extra effort can get you Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying, which can be a nightmare for your opponent’s board. It’s a neat archetype perfect for beginners.

Bring In the Burn

Depending on the Trickstars you have out, you can deal burn damage when your opponent tries to add cards to their hand, when something goes to the graveyard, or even when you have multiple Trickstars lined up in the graveyard. Maze of the Master♓ gives the archetype a Link-1 monster, some Fusions, and a main deck monster that brings itself out for free.

The Gladiator Beasts have been around for quite a while. In Maze of the Master, you can find Gladiator Beast🍸 Retiari, Bestiari, Laquari, and Samnite. You can also find some Fusion monsters that can come out by shuffling specific Gladiator Beasts from the field back into ꦬthe deck.

Gladiator Beasts love to strike and tag out into other members of their archetype. This can make them difficult to pin down since they are always retreating into the safety of the deck. They each also have unique abilities, such as banishing cards, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:destroying cards in the back row, or bringing out Fusion monsters for free.

5 A-To-Z

Machines Assemble

The A-to-Z archetype focuses on Machines that unite together to form bigger Fusion monsters. Maze of the Master includes X-Cross Cannon, Y-Yare ꦉHead, and Z-Zillion Tank as your main monsters. The set also includes two Fusion monsters as well as some Spells and Traps to make it all come together.

This mimics the giant mech genre as they unite to take on foes. If broken apart, they can also easily bring themselves back together for a second chance atꦍ bringing out the bigger monster. While this archetype is not as striking as some of the others included in the set, getting retrains is a great way of keeping an archetype up to date and relevant.

4 Tachyon

Stealing The Show

While Tachyon cards are 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:honorary Galaxy-Eyes cards, they are in fact, their own separate archetype of cards. In Maze of the Master though, most of the selections will include Tachyon in some ༒shape or form.

This includes cards that can Special Summon themselves whenever you have big monsters on your side of the field, Traps th🎉at can negate and shuffle cards in a chain, and Galaxy-Eyes monsters for the extra deck. The most impressive card of the archetype is the Seventh Tachyon Spell due to its generic search ability.

3 Serket

Retrains And Fusions

While the Serket archetype began with only one monster, Maze of the Master gives the archetype some additional cards to Summon. These are Merciless Scorpion of Serket and tꩵhe Fusion Monster, Divine Scorpion Beast of Serket. These two monste🤡rs expand on what the original can do while also giving them effects that stick with the theme.

This archetype is mostly focused on engaging with your opponent through battle or banishment. Merciless Scorpion can beef itself up when destroying monsters through battle while also fetching cards to your hand. Meanwhile, Divine Scorpion can banish other monsters for 🦹its stat boost. It is also a low-key Super Polymerization target.

2 Apophis

Swarming The Field With Trap Monsters

The Apophis cards are an archetype of Traps that turn into monsters when they are activated. Maze of the Master includes these cards which allows you to negate effects on the field, seek out ꦡother Apophis Traps, and swarm the field with monsters. They also gain a bit of extra protection when combined with some of the other archetypes of th💟is set.

This archetype connects to the Temple of the Kings by being searchable through their card effects. When⭕ fused together, they can become Divine Serpent Apophis, which can destroy cards on your opponent’s side of the field, and recycle the Apophis Traps from the graveyard by setting them to the field. In other words, don’t try to raid t🧔his tomb.

Temple of the Kings is the highlight of🦂 Maze of the Master. This is the archetype that brings both the Apophis and Serket archetypes together to form a coherent deck. It all revolves around getting the Treasures of the King Field Spell out as soon as po꧂ssible. This card is a retrain of the original Temple of the King.

This archetype is based on Odion from the anime with heavy references to Anubis. Like an old t𝕴omb, this archetype helps you set up plenty of traps. It also protects them from harm by letting you set those traps off early or punishing your opponent for trying to get rid of them. It also has one of the coole🔴st-looking boss monsters of all time.
