The D/D archetype is getting a resurgence with better support that finally makes the original card capable of something more. D/D has a pretty unique effect as it basically mashes up two monsters on your opponent’s side of the field in exchange for making oꩲne of theirs just as strong as the two tributed monsters.

This card also acts as a searcher foꦜr your D/D monsters with zero attack and defense. It’s a Pendulum Monster with board breaking and board starting effects. T💖his makes it versatile going forwards as the archetype continues to grow.

This card also gives💖 you a second Normal Summon as long as yoꦛu have what you need in your hand. That’s where the search comes in handy. It also has a means of Special Summoning itself which is always welcome.

5 Noh-P.U.N.K. Rising Scalඣe

P.U.N.K. Gets Stronger

Noh-P.U.N.K. Rising Scale doesn’t let you cheese out level eights for an instant XYZ Summon, but it does help you get things started. All it takes is a banish from your hand to Special Summon t🍒his card to the field.

With many of the P.U.N.K. cards pr✃eferring that you have fewer life points than your opponent to kick off some💝 good effects, this card can drop you down by 600. This also Special Summons a P.U.N.K. from the deck or grave, giving you more bodies to work with.

4 Lady’s D꧃ragonmaid 🔥

A Generic Dragon Summon

Lady’s Dragonmaid is one of the best cards to pull from this set if you want to upgrade your Dragonmaid deck. These monsters love tagging out of their maid forms and into their dragon forms. This Fusi⛄on brings out another Dragonmaid from the deck while also giving you a chance to Fuse without Polymerization.

This Fusion also takes plac༺e during the Standby Phase and not just your own. So, as long as you have the materials for it in the right place, you can create a Dragon jumpscare for your opponent to deal with.

You can also use this card to dump Normal monsters into the graveyard and set up 🌌some plays. This also comes with the update♒d text that specifies that it comes back to your hand during your Standby Phase and not each one. This is probably why it got a reprint so early into its lifespan.

One Annoying Interruption

Primite Drillbeam completes the Primite collection available in Monster Mayhem. This card can get pretty annoying since it’s a negate that keeps coming bac which makes it easier for you to🌜 suppress your opponent’s options each turn.

You essentially get to negate one card on the field then banish it to prevent any graveyard effects from going off. This remova🌸l can be quite deadly since it can hit anything. This includes Traps♕, Spells, monsters, you name it. Just make sure they’re face up.
