You have to time your dodges quite precisely for this one, but the best way to avoid this attack is by using your glider to go high with the wind current and stay up there until the enemy stops spinning. |
The second phase only happens when you're fighting this boss in Tactical Hologram, and you won't see it in the overworld boss.
Feilian Beringal has a decent cooldown after it performs any of these attacks, which makes it perfect for you to get some damage in.
