Like most other gacha-based RPGs, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Wuthering Waves has an elemental system. It's not only used as an aspect of character and enemy design, but it determines the damage type they'll be doing and can even play a part in thei🧔r story or where♒ they're from. Most important of all, the element of a character or enemy is going to affect your damage numbers against them.

Echoes provide an extra edge in battle and in world exploration. Here ar⛎e the 1💧1 best echoes to get you started!

If you're sending your Fusion Resonators out against Fusion bosses, you're going to have a much harder – and longer – fight on your hands because your damage is lowered. If you want to do the most damage a𝕴nd speed up📖 fights, you'll want to take the Elements into account.

Elements, Explained

Elements, also called Attributes at times, tell you what type of damage a Resonator or enemy is going to be dealing, and also what type of damage that an enemy is going to resist or might even be immune to. For example, the Prism type of enemy, such as Havoc Prisms or Glacio Prisms, are totally immune to their Element's damage, while Overlord and Calamity class enemies like the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Inferno Rider or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mourning Aix have high resistance to their Element's damage.

Some Tacet Field challenges, Tower of Adversity, and other special zones also include increased or lowered Elemental resistance, depending on what enemies there are.

While it won't reduce your DPS too much overall if you don't use an enemy's elemental opposite, having that opposite element when facing an enemy will increase the damage you'll do to them slightly, such as if you send out a Fusion-base🔜d Resonator against a Glacio element enemy.

You also don't want to use your Glacio Resonators against any Glacio enemies, as their increased resistance to the element will mean you'll be doing less damage than if you used a neutral or opposite element. In zones like Tacet Field challenges, this goes a step further, as they'll often reward you for using a specific Element with bonus effects such as increased damage with certain attack types or additional elemental effects, and enemies in the fields have even higher elemental resistance than normal.

In Tacet Fields, even characters not of the bonus element can still get some effects from the field-specific modifiers if they use the right attack type.

How To Increase Elemental Damage

There are a few ways you can increase a Resonator's elemental damage, and most of them 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:involve Echoes and their innate abilities, the main stats they can roll with, or from a Sonata set bonus. The Overlord and Calamity Class Echoes, like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Mecha Abomination, often come with special skills that not only do a lot of damage but also can increase a particular Element's damage alongside buffing stats such as DEF or ATK.

Some lower tier Echoes like the Tambourinist can also increase your elemental damage, but to a 🐭lesser degree than what higher-tier ones can do.

Getting a Sonata's set bonus can also increase a particular Element's damage by 10 percent if you have two pieces of a set equipped while equipping five of a set gives you an additional elemental damage increase for or after certain attack types.
