Chapter Two
Before opening the doors to the Asylum building to escape, turn around from the button and you’ll see a safe. Use the hotwiring ability that Fergus taught you to 🍰open it and find the health❀ upgrade inside.
Chapter Three
Health Upgrade #1
In Anya’s grandparents’ basement, whilst preparing to interrogate the officer, you’ll need to get an apron from the cupboard next to the chainsaw. Do♐n’t grab the chainsaw yet. Instead, look in the bottom of the cupboard to find a toybox containing a health upgrade.
Health Upgrade #2
Once you reach the checkpoint where Anya’s grandmother shoots the Nazi, head inside and go left into the stairwell. Instead of climbing up, hotwire the elevator in the middle of the room. Take the lift to the top and before you cross the gantry, look b𝓰ehind the wire coil to find the health upgrade.
There is no health upgrade in Chapter Four.
Chapter Five
To get the health upgrade here, go to Blazkowicz’s room — it’s the one to the left of Max’s, and sleep oꦬn the bed. When you wake up, the health upgrade will 💝be on the nightstand next to the bed.
Chapter Six
When you enter the London Nautica lobby, you’ll be confronted by lots of enemies, so it might be worth dealing with them first. From the lobby entrance, look left to find an office. Inside the office, next to the armoury doorway, there is a safe. Hotwire the safe 🎃and grab the health upgrade inside.
Chapter Seven
Once again, go upstairs and sleep in your bed. The health upgrade will be on Blazkowicz’s nightstand when you wake up.
There is no health upgrade in Chapter Eight.
Chapter Nine
Much like Chapters five and seven, go to your bedroom and sleep. A cutscene will play but once it’s finished, you’ll wake up next to your bed. The health upgrade is on the nightstand next to it.
Chapter Ten
Whilst skirting through the sewers, you’ll need to reach a platform to raise the water level in a huge basin. Before flooding the chamber, dive into the basin and look for a safe on the floo♓r. Hotwire it to grab the health upgrade inside.
There is no health upgrade in Chapter 11.
Chapter 12
Near the end of the chapter, you’ll get a second helicopter ride to the top of the bridge. Exit the chopper and go into the room on the right, there’s a safe in the back riꦓght corner. Hotwire the safe and grab the health upgrade inside.
Chapter 13
Once again, this upgrade is near the end of the mission. Once you’ve collected the cannon codes and set off the alarm, stand over the grate you’ll escape out of but don’t go through it. Instead, look left and you’ll see a safe embedded into the wall. Hotwi🅰re it to get to the last health u𒈔pgrade of the game.
There is no health upgrade in Chapters 14, 15, and 16.
