Unlike other Kemono, the Earthbreaker has no Hunter Arm weak points, but you'll be able to regenerate Karakuri Thread later in the fight when you need it. The Glider and Spring Karakuri will be especi💃ally useful for thisౠ fight, so be sure to equip them.

Best Equipment To Fight Earthbreaker

Due to the Earthbreaker's high earth damage, we recommend crafting the Grithide and Ninja armor sets, crafted from Gritdog and Lavaback materials, respectively. A combination of these armor pieces will provide good overall defense and Earth attribute defense.

If you can, spend the time to craft a Wind Attribute weapon. Although you will be using the Hand🍨 Cannon for most of the fight, the final phase will go much faster if your weapon has the Wind attribute🍃.

Earthbreaker - Fight Breakdown And Moves

The battle against the Earthbreaker will play out in several phases. You will begin at the campsite you established earlier, and make you📖r way through the fore♌st as the battle progresses.

At the start of the battle, you will be equipped with a simplified version of the Hand Cannon weapon that Natsume built you. The controls for this weapon are simple, all you can do is shoot. As you shoot, the rate of fire will increase, shooting faster the longer you hold the button.

Using the Hand Cannon, you will target the blue glowing spots on the Earthbreaker's neck, back, and arms. By targeting these with the Hand Cannon, you can deal damage and break off the weak points. During this time, the Earthbreaker will attack with rock spikes. This attack has no warning, so it's best to just take the hit, heal up, and continue firing. After you've destroyed enough of the Earthbreaker's weak points, you can use the nearby Flying Vine zip lines to move to the next phase.

This phase of the fight plays out pretty much the same as the first; use the Hand Cannon to break off the Earthbreaker's weak points. This time, you will have the support of Minato's crossbows, making it a bit faster. Keep attacking until the Earthbreaker reels, at which point you can use a Flying Vine to travel to its back.

On the Earthbreaker's back, you'll need to break off four weak points. These only take a few hits to destroy, and you'll be launched off its back after you do so. When you're back on solid ground, keep firing on the Kemono until your Cannon breaks, at 👍which point the fight will enter its fin🔴al phase.

Now, with no Cannon, you'll need to use your regular weapon to finish the Earthbreaker. Afte💎r using the Flying Vines to reach Nanohara Fields, you will engage the Earthbreaker up cl♌ose.

In this section, the Earthbreaker will slam its arms on the ground. These attacks are slow but deal high damage, so be sure to get out of the way. After slamming its arm, the Earthbreaker will keep it there for a few seconds, allowing you to attack it. After you've dealt enough damage to the arm, its rock armor will break off. Repeat this process for both arms, and the Earthbreaker will topple, exposing the weak point on its forehead.

Quickly attack this weak point. If you deal enough damage, you will be able to kill the Kemono in a single rotation. However, if you don't damage it fast enough, the armor on the Earthbreaker's hands will reform and you'll have to repeat this process again. T🅰wo rotations should be enough to finish off the Earthbreaker.
