- A unique new commander with The Wise Mothman.
- The whole deck is designed around counters, like the new Rad Counter.
- Designed to give you more than one way to win.
Straight from the mountains of Appalachia comes a knowledgeable and benevolent being, known to many as The Wise Mothman, the main commander of the deck Mutant Menace. This black, green, and blue deck takes some of the stranger, and more supernatural elements of the Fa♈llout world and brings them together under one banner.
Mutants, proliferation, and a new type of counter called rad counter, which can do some very silly things in a game of Commander. The radiation mechanic works by giving pla⛎yers rad counters, which make you mill cards equal to the number of counters you have. You then lose a life and a rad counter for each nonland card you milled away. When you pile up tons of rad counters on your opponents, through creatures, spells, and proliferation effects, you can drain your opponents of life and get rid of some of the🐽ir most powerful cards.

- Combat isn't the only way you can win, put your creatures to good use with sacrifice effects.
- Overwhelm the board with the returning squad mechanic.
- Loaded with tons of removal.
Fallout: New Vegas introduced a ton of fantastic new characters to the Fallout Universe, with one of the most memorable ones being Caesar. The Hail, Caesar deck focuses on bringing the pain with a red, white, and black deck that creates tons of Soldiers through the returning 🧔mechanic, squad, and then sacrificing those creatures for even greater use.
The deck is designed around an aristocrats theme, taking your creatures and then sacrificing them for added effects. Caesar, Legion's Emperor is the leader of the deck, which is fitting, and has this mechanic build right into his card. As you spread your army across the board, you can slowly whittle away your opponents with cards like Bastion of Remembrance or Pitiless Plunderer to keep up on mana.

- Surge foil cards make a return in Collector Boosters.
- There's a chance to open special Pip-Boy and Vault Boy cards.
- And an even rarer chance you'll find a serialized card in these packs.
If you’ve seen some of the special Magic cards floating around with the Pip-Boy artwork or even those with the Vault Boy artwork and were wondering where you can find them, you’re going to want to pick up a few Collector Boosters or even a Collector Booster Box. A box comes with 12 Collector Booster packs, with each pack holding 15ꦑ cards. A special returning feature exclusive to the Collector Boosters are surge foil cards, a special and hard-to-find foiling process th🐽at gives your cards a special wavey effect.
Each pack has:
- 1 Traditional foil rare or mythic rare
- 4 Traditional foil cards, one from each of the four Commander decks
- 1 Non-foil extended-art new Magic card
- 1 Non-foil extended-art reprint
- 1 Traditional foil extended-art new Magic card
- 1 Traditional foil extended-art reprint Magic card
- 1 Surge foil extended-art new Magic card
- 1 Surge foil extended-art reprint card
-
1 Surge foil wild card
- Can be practically any card from the set with a few exceptions.
- 1 Non-foil borderless or showcase card
-
1 Random foil card
- Could be a traditional foil, surge foil, or serialized double rainbow foil
- 1 Traditional foil basic land
- 1 Traditional foul double-sided token
There’s a slim possibility that you could open a serialized card as well from these cꦇollector Booster packs, though you shouldn&rsquo༒;t count your bottlecaps before you open the pack. A little more likely are the Borderless Vault Boy variants. These cards are a special selection of nine cards that feature artwork with the Vault Boy on them. Some of the cards are reprints from the Commander decks, while some are exclusive only to the Collector Boosters.
