The Welsh folklore-inspired horror game Maid of Sker looks like it'll be offering more than just a great opportunity to make a pun about a Sker-y game, judging by🅺 the gameplay trailer just recently 💞released.
As part of the Future Games Show presented by GamesRadar last month, UK-based Maid of Sker developers Wales Interactive and some of the creeps 🐭we can expect from the game when it comes out .
Wales Interactive has a pretty decent track record behind it, featuring the likes of full motion video games like SIMULACRA and Late Shift. Apparently, Maid of Sker will be of writers behind 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:SOMA and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Battlefield 1, which could mean yet🦋 more success to be added to the developers' repertoire.
As the name of said developers m🌜ight suggest, Welsh folklore will be featuring prominently in the game, combined with some good ol' fashioned Gothic British horror. Follow the story of Elisabeth Williams who unluckily finds herself in some terrifying hote♒l, wherein she'll unravel "a story of a family empire driven by torture, slavery, piracy and a supernatural mystery that suffocates the grounds of the hotel."
The reveals some tense-looking encounters with awful bag🎉-headed weirdos who are lovingly referred to as the Quiet Ones, as you creep your way through some beautifully haunting environments around the hotel.
The Quiet Ones are apparently completely blind but have pretty good ears on them. So often, breathing just isn't going to be an option lest they hear you and proceed to unleash some terror upon you. It looks like you'll also be wielding some mysterious-looking sonic pulse-emitting orb that does a great job in keeping the Quiet Ones in⛦ check.
You'll be able to pre-order Maid of Sker from July 21st bef💜ore its official release on July 28th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in both digital and physical forms.
