How To Get Koumei

To get Koumei, you will need to play a lot of the Saya's Visions Shrine Defense mission, on Earth. Completing this mission can reward you with all the Koumei blueprints (and her signature weapons as well,) and will also give you Fate Pearls, the new currency you can spend at the Koumei Shrine in Cetus to get her Blueprint and Component Blueprints.

Onamori

For Koumei's build, we will focus on the chaotic nature of her kit, and benefit from her proficiency at inflicting status effects. Therefore, we will use all the Archon mods: Archon Continuity, Archon Flow, Archon Vitality, Archon Stretch, and Archon Intensify; the first four Archon Mods are going to react to her abilities whenever a Status Effect is applied, and Archon Intensify interacts directly with her Onamori ability whenever it heals you.

For the Aura Mod, Corrosive Projection always helps chip off enemy Armor, and given our Corrosive damage output, it just makes sense. Next, Catalyzing Shields will help us with survivability through Shield-gating, Augur Reach will add some needed Range, and Equilibrium will help you to have a better Energy economy (which will work great with Arcane Energize.)

On the Archon Shards side, 2 Amber shards with extra Casting Speed and 2 Azure shards with extra Energy will do the trick, and for the final one, you can put whatever you want, either a Green one with extra Corrosive stacks or more Energy if you want to play it safe. Last, Arcane Energize will help you to retain as much Energy as possible, and for the second Arcane, you could go with Arcane Avenger for extra Crit Chance or Arcane Accele🌠ration for🌞 some Fire Rate juice to your Primary.
