Cypher spies on all the enemies in VALORANT with his surveillance tools. The Moroccan spymaster is known as a sentinel player in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:VALORANT because of the way he controls the flow of information for his team. His abilities include Traﷺpwire, Cyber Cage, Spycam, and Neural Theft.
Trapwire
Cypher's Trapwire is valuable for finding out the enemy's location before they can pounce. It's an almost invisible tripwire that reveals the enemy's location when it gets breached. If the enemy doesn't destroy it in time, it will also leave them stunned for a couple of seconds.
The Trapwire should be placed in major corridors and doorways as an alarm. Even if the enemy team shoots it, you'll have an idea of where they are. The Trapwire can be removed and redeployed as needed, so you can leave it to protect an unguarded site or to prevent flankers. Many of Cypher's abilities require him to be unpredictable, so it's advisable to be creative when leaving your Trapwires and always use different locations.
The Trapwire can be placed either vertically or horizontally, but it has a limited range. It's best to put it in a place where it's difficult for the enemy to jump over or crouch below.
Cyber Cage
Cyber Cage works similarly to Brimstone's smokescreen, and it blocks visibility. An added benefit is that it also slows enemies who come into contact with it. This ability lasts for seven seconds and can be deployed remotely. This means it can be placed near a Trapwire, and when the Trapwire is detonated, you can deploy the Cyber Cage as an additional threat.
This ability 🉐is fantastic for both attacking or defending the different sites. When attacking, it can be used as cover to block off enemy routes. When ﷽guarding the spike, it can also be placed in front of the entrances to slow down enemy movements.
Spycam
Spycam is Cypher's remote camera that can be used to spy on enemy movements. All you have to do is place it in a location that the enemies won't suspect, and activate it as needed. The Spycam turns invisible when placed to make it extra hard for enemies to detect. It can also be remote-controlled by Cypher who can use it to fire a tracking dart. The tracking dart sticks to the enemy, revealing their location until it is removed and destroyed.
Just like the Trapwire, the Spycam can be redeployed as required. This ability is excellent for guarding areas and getting feedback on enemy movements. It's also advisable to keep changing the location of the Spycam to keep the enemy guessing. Cypher is vulnerable when viewing the camera, so he should be in a safe location or with a teammate.
Neural Theft
Neural Theft is Cypher's Ultimate. It allows him to use the corpse of a dead enemy to find the location of all the remaining enemies. This ability can only work on an enemy who's been dead for 20 seconds or less. It also has an activation time of a couple of seconds before use.
Neural Theft comes in handy at any point in the game, and Cypher can use the locations to tell his team where to go. The ability is short-lived and only gives the enemy's location at the time it was activated. Smart enemies may change direction or set an ambush.
Tactics
Cypher makes it easy for his team to lock down sites if he uses his abilities correctly. Trapwire and Spycam must never be left in places without traffic and should be picked u𓂃p to redeploy as required.
As with many players, his abilities work well together. You can place a Cybe𝓀r Cage near a Trapwire or a Spycam to catch unsuspecting enemies. If Neural Theft reveals enemies on their way to you, throw down some Trapwires or a Cyber Cage to slow them down.
Cypher may be more brains than brawn, but his abilities can control each battle if used correc𒀰tly. He works well in both attacking and defending and is wo🍸rth having in any team.
