Fighting against the devious undead is one of the main things that Lenneth does in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. It's the presence of undead that leads the eponymous valkyrie to so many lucrative dungeons to dive into, and it's up to her to eradicate them.
The Gorhia Cult HQ is one of those dungeons, but at first, it's suspiciously devoid of the undead. In fact, there is only one foe to find here, and it's your task to utterly ruin his day and his machinations. Luckily for you, there are some fantastic rewards for doing so.
Gorhia Cult HQ Overview
This dungeon has quite an interesting gimmick - you have to take it on in chunks that make it feel different to any other dungeon in the game. When you enter, you have to navigate your way to a miniboss, who will then activate all the monsters in the dungeon. Then, you have to take deliberate steps to make the boss appear. It's an odd one, that's for sure.

Raising The Dead
From the entrance screen, head all the way right, through the very long hallway, until you reach the exit toward some stairs. Climb the stairs and move all the way to the right, ignoring the exits to the front and to the rear, until you reach the next screen to the right, which contains a Guts skill book.
Guts is an incredibly important skill to have - if you don't already have it, learn it now, level it up with everyone in your party, and equip it to everyone.
Head back to the room with the stairs and multiple exits in it, and take the first exit to the front on the left. This room contains an Eye of Heaven. Once you have that, return to the room with the stairs and head to the right this time, ignoring the exit to the rear.
Take the exit to the front on the righthand side of the room - you should be in a room with some stairs leading down. Head to the right, taking the stairs up and then down again, until you reach an exit to the rear.
Keep following this linear path and then head right when you have the option between going to the right and heading down some stairs. You'll encounter a cutscene with a cult member. You'll end up in a fight with a Thaumaturgist and two Lesser Zombies, which isn't too hard.
After beating the cult member, he will raise every corpse in the dungeon from the dead - these were initially just brown 💮sacks on the ground. They are a꧙ll now enemies.
Clearing Out The HQ
Once you have raised the dead and the dungeon is populated with enemies, your goal now is to defeat enough of them to trigger the boss's spawn. As you continue through the rest of this dungeon, kill every enemy you come across.
If you come across a Thaumaturgist, try your best to get a Shadow Servant spell book to drop - it's a dark-elemental multi-target attack spell that would come in handy for this dungeon's boss fight. You might have the spell already if you've completed 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nethov Swamp, but it's also available here.
When you've killed enough, you'll hear a bell ringing - this signifies that t♍he boss has spawned and you can go t🥂ake him on if you wish. From then on, you can avoid enemy encounters if you wish.
In the cultist's room, use crystals in the wall on the right to form a ladder, and then jump across to the chandelier to get a chest containing Mithril Ore, wꦏhich is precious transmutation material. Avoid the arrow trap inside the chest by jumping as soon as you open💖 the chest.
Head left from the cultist's room and then head down the stairs you bypassed earlier to find a monster and a save point, but not much else. Backtrack to the split and then head to the left, backtracking to the initial room with lots of doors. Kill all the monsters on the way.
The bell rang for us after killing our seventh enemy.
Once you've made it back to the room with all the doors, take the rear exit opposite the door you just came through.
Take this linear path - saving at the save point along the way - until you reach the upper level of the room with the massive stained glass window. Take the time to heal up and make sure your skills are all equipped before pressing on - the next room has the dungeon's boss inside.
How To Defeat The Noble Vampire And The Will-O-Wisps
Very annoyingly, the Noble Vampire here is backed up by three Will-O-Wisps. These are very threatening foes.

The main threat in this fight are the Will-O-Wisps, and this is why we recommended trying to acquire the Shadow Servant earlier on - their weakness to dark damage makes the spell very valuable in this fight.
It is very important to take down the Will-O-Wisps first, and to take them down one by one. When they get low on health, they will use Explosion, which deals a huge amount of damage to your entire team. They should all have Guts equipped and Union Plumes ready to uꩵse in case of emergency, but be🔯ware this attack.
Try to eliminate the Will-O-Wisps before they get a chance to use Explosion - take the game's advice and use Purify Weird Soul attacks to finish them off when they are injured.
If you have Shadow Servant, make sure you have weakened all three Will-O-Wisps a little before casting it from the battle menu - you want to be using it to finish them off, not weaken them. It's possible, if you don't manage to kill them all with the spell, that they'll all use Explosion in the same round, almost ensuring your imminent death. If you have two sorcerers, consider having them both use multi-target🎶 spells to safely get♉ rid of them all.
The Noble Vampire himself isn't that threatening. His Despotic Nail and Dreaded Dance attacks will deal a decent amount of damage and his Lightning Bolt spells are pretty harmful, but it's nothing you can't recover from with an Elixir. After you've eliminated the exploding wisps, you're basically home-free.
If you do get hit with an Explosion, now might be a good ꦯtime to pop a Noble Elixir, if you still have one. You can get a Noble Elixir by transmutating the Sealed Box from the Artolian Moun♚tain Ruins.
Gorhia Cult HQ Artifacts
After beating the Noble Vampire, open the two chests to get this dungeon's artifacts.

Getting The Rest Of The Treasure
There's more to Gorhia Cult HQ than the boss! In the boss room, there are two very high ledges on either side of the room, each holding two more chests to loot.
To get up to the top of the screen you'll need to do some complicated platforming.
- First, stand directly under the furthest edge of the platform.
- Create three large crystals on the ground directly underneath you, smashing them with your sword as soon as they hit the second size level. Do not move left or right at this point.
- The smashed crystals should leave behind large shards, which will stack.
- Place one of the chests that used to contain artifacts on top of this stack.
- Jump on top of the stack and create a large crystal on the furthest edge of the platform above, and then burst it with a third crystal shot.
- There will be one particularly bright particle floating down from the smashed crystal - if you jump on this crystal, it will form a temporary platform.
- Time your jumps and get on top of the particle platform - you may have to move to the side to jump up to the top.
The chests up top all have traps in them - all bar the first chest on the right have arrow traps, the one on the right has a large explosion. The chests contain a Poison Check, a Fairy Ring, an Ether Scepter, and a Lapis Lazuli.
The Ether Scepter is a really fantastic Staff - definitely equip it to your main sorcerer. As always, avoid the possibility of breaking it by never using that sorcerer's PWS attacks.
From the boss room, head to the left. In the next corridor, take the first exit to the front, jump on the bed, and open the sack to get the Adept Illusion skill book. Return to the corridor and enter the two rooms at the end to get a Quartz Gem and the Sap Power skill book.
With that, you have completed the Gorhia Cult HQ and can sa🌌fely leave.
