How To Unlock Promotions
Like many features linked to your army and its performance, the ability to promote your units' classes is tied to your Renown level. To be able to promote to your classes, you will need to reach Renown Rank B. This requires a great amount of Renown, so if you're eager to promote your units, make sure you're fulfilling every Restoration Request a🍌nd completing every side quest and liberation quest you come across.
Once you've reached Renown Rank B, you can promote your units at any Fort in the game.
Promotion requires Honors - from 25 (for the most basic classes) to 50 (for characters with unique classes, like Alain and Scarlett). It's a very good idea to prioritise promotions for those characters you use often, as promotion provides an instant bonus to both AP and PP.
