168澳洲幸运🎐🅺5开奖网: Umamusume: Pretty Derby - 8 Beginner Tips
With so many skills and options it feels liꦍke you'll ned a spreadsheet, here's everything you need to know to get started and win races.
If you want to compete against other players in the 𓄧team trial, you'll have to constantly train your characters and raise their overall🐻 tiers and effectiveness. However, this can be quite a challenging task, especially if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
Legacy And Support Cards, Explained
Once you launch Umamusume: Pretty Derby, you can see the career option on the bottom right of the home screen. This area lets you enter the training mode where you first have to select the character you want to train. Each character has a tier rating determining how good they are with each type of track, race distance, and strategy.
Ideally, you'll need a top-tier trained Umamusume in each distance type and one for the dirt track type. Before selecting the character you want to train, head over 🐬to your team in the team trial races and look for the type you need the most. Once you've decided on the character, you also have to choose their legacy and support cards before starting your training.
If you follow some high-level players, you can get a lot of help by borrowing their legacy and support cards.
However, borrowing another player's legacy requires you to give them a bit of your monies.
First, you have to choose two legacy characters. Whenever you finish a run in the career mode with an Umamusume, they also get added as a usable legacy character here. Essentially, the more runs you do, the better legacies you'll have, and the higher your overall rating will be. The legacy system g💙ivesౠ a progression to this roguelike game.
Different types of legacies will give you different stat boosts, and some of them can even raise your tier rating on a specific track, distance, or strategy. It's important to choose the right stats based on the run you're going for. For example, if you ♈want to focus on Sprint distance, you'll need as many Speed sta🐓ts as possible.
The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:stats you need can vary based on both your target distance and strategy type.
Once you've chosen your legacy, the next step is to select the right support cards. Each support card has an affinity to a certain stat, which can be seen on the top left of the card. Moreover, they can also make different𝔉 skills available for your character throughout the run, 🍬and provide hints for these skills to lower the skill point cost.
Once again, you'd want to choose the cards with an affinity to your desired stats and get the skills base𝓡d on your target distance and strategy type.
The Basics Of Training Your Character
To train your character properly in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, you first have to understand all the options on the training screen. You need to pay attention to all these options, but the amount of attention required can vary based on how far into the run you are. Here are the mosꦺt important bits of the training screen:
Type |
Description |
---|---|
Turns Left |
You can see the number of turns you have left for your next goal on the top left of your screen. It's important to keep tr🐲ack of this since you'll have to make various decisions based on how far away you are from your💟 next important race. For example, if you're one turn away and have low energy, it's better to rest since failing your training can lead to a reduction in your character's mood๊, which will have an impact on her position in the race. |
Goal |
You can see your current goal to the right of the turns left icon on the screen. This will show what your next race is, along with the criteria you need to fulfil, which usually refers to a certain number of fans. If you don't have enough fans for a specific race, you can take part in random races throughout your run. |
Training And Stats |
You can see your current stats and the big training option right below your Umamusume. You can take part in training to upgrade these stats, and you can get various buffs to these upgrades depending on your support characters. Whenever you level up a stat, it'll also give some points to other stats. It's important to remember the stats you're focusing on. |
Skill Points |
You can gain skill points by winning races and other random events throughout your run. These points can be used to get various skills in the respective menu, but it's important to upgrade your skills at the right time (more on this below). |
Rest, Infirmary, And Recreation |
You can see your character's current energy and mood at the top of your screen. If either of these is low, you can take part in the Rest and Recreation section to increase them, respectively. When you take part in Rest or Recreation, it takes an entire turn. However, random events can trigger during this, which can give a boost to other stats including your mood while you're resting or your energy during recreation. |
Current Year |
Each training career spans three years, and you can identify the current year by looking right above your turn left section. The years go in this order: Junior Year, Classic Year, and Senior Year. |
Full Stats |
Finally, you can see the full stats option right above where your skill points are displayed. This will help you look at the negative effects on your characters, what they do, and all the skills you currently have on them. |
It's important to keep track of all these menus and choose the right path forward since a training run can get destroyed by just a few wrong decisions.
