Decline Diplomacy adds a new button to the top of the screen that enables auto-declining all attempts at diplomacy while waiting for the next turn to arrive.
This means you can rest easy - grab a cup of tea or something - after pressing End Turn. When you come back to the game, it will be ready for your next turn. Unless, you know, you𝔍 get attacked. You can’t just decline an attack.
