And, like most MMOs, there are many ways for you to go all-out with ♚altering what your gear looks like.

Throne And Liberty: What Ar🍷e Abyssal Contract Tokens?
Abyssal Contract Tokens are an in-game currency which is spent to increase droprates for the 🎶open world farming dungeons in T🔯hrone And Liberty.
If you're unfamiliar with Transmogrification, it essentially allows you to change the appearance of your currently equipped gear to a piece you may like better. Thi꧑s enables you to keep the stats and the benefits of what you currently have on you but change its looks to something you prefer instead.
How To Transmog Gear In Throne And Liberty
Before we dive into how to begin modifying your gear in Throne and Liberty, we want to address the fact that you can currently only change the appearance of your current gear with Premium Outfits and Weapons. This also means that you can only edit the color and design of Premium Outfits, which can get pretty pricey.
While gear earned in the game will eventually become part of this system, that isn't the case presently, meaning if you want access to this, you must fork over some real money for cosmetic items. These can be obtained via the Shop, Battle Pass, and Zenus's Star Shop.
How To Transmog Your Outfit
Now that the means of Transmogrifying your gear are out of the way let's go over how you can change the appearance of your currently equipped gear to something more flashy. To do this, pop open the Menu and select Mirror Boutique underneath the Character section. Once in this menu, select the Outfit option.
Whenever you're on the Outfit page, you will see a section on the left that showcases all your available Premium Outfits underneath the List tab. Simply click and drag your preferred Outfit to the Equipped Outfits section directly above to change your current gear to the selected Outfit.
You can do this with the Outfit and Helmet, allowing you to completely change how your character's armor looks while maintaining the stats and bonuses of your currently equipped gear. Here, you can also change the look of your Premium Outfits, but we will touch on that a bit later, as it's more involved than you may think. 𓃲For now, let's tackle the Weapons!
How To Transmog Your Weapons
Transmogrifying your Weapons is handled very similarly to how Outfits are handled. To do this, open the Menu, access the Mirror Boutique, and then select the Weapon Appearance icon to open the Weapon Appearance window. Once you are here, you will be able to swap the appearance of your currently equipped Weapons with Premium Weapon Skins.
Again, these Premium Weapon Skins are purely cosmetic and are obtained via the game's Shop, Battle Pass, and even the Zenus's Star Shop, which is an additional store that's part of the Battle Pass, allowing you to ea🐼rn more goodies by leveling through your Battle Pass.
Once you have a Premium Weapon Skin and are at the Weapon Appearance screen, look to the left to find a list of all the Weapons in the game. Select the Weapon you want to change its appearance, then drag the Premium Weapon Skin icon over to the right side of the screen to swap its appearance wi♛ܫth your currently equipped Weapon.
How To Change The Appearance Of Outfits In Throne And Liberty
As touched on earlier, you can customize your Premium Outfits further by changing their colors and applying unique designs, allowing you to express yourself more than ever. However, this can come at a steep price if you aren't careful, so let's go over the basics first.
In order to do this, you will need to get your hands on Dye and Sewing Thread, items that are only available in the game's Shop. However, there is a slight twist. While you can purchase these items with Lucent, the game's Premium Currency, which costs real money, you can also use Ornate Coins to obtain them, which is a godsend for this.
Sewing Thread will cost 50 Lucent/Ornate Coins a pop, with the Dye going for 20 Lucent/Ornate Coints. And that's only for one thing of it. Keep in mind that the lowest Lucent bundle you can purchase is 500 Lucent, which is $10. So, if possible, we recommend using Ornate Coins to acquire your Dye and Sewing Thread.
You can only purchase 15 Dye and 15 Sewing Thread a week with Ornate Coins, but you likel🙈y won't be modifying your gear THAT much just yet, as there aren't too many options available. It's best to stock up on these items ahead of time and then use them on Outfits you really love and want t🥀o customize further!
How To Get Ornate Coins
Ornate Coins are obtained by finding Collection Codex Pages around the world. These are the Purple Pages and Books scattered around each region. Finding these in the wild will reward you with Ornate Coins, allowing you to purchase Dye and Sewing Thread with them.
Currently, you can also obtain a ton of Ornate Coins via Twitch Drops, so get on that before they're gone. You can get HUNDREDS of them by simply watching several hours of We heavily advise doing this if you want to customize 🐬your gear without spending an arm and a leg.
How To Change Your Outfit's Appearance
With Dye and Sewing Thread in your possession, head back to the Outfit page via the Mirror Boutique. Once here, equip the Premium Outfit you want to modify, then look to the right of the screen to find the customization menu. Here, you can apply different Dyes and Patterns to the Outfit.
There will be two tabs here, one for your Outfit and another for your Helmet, so if you wander around with your Helmet on, you will likely want to tweak that as well. As you can tell from the image above, you will need LOTS of Dye if you wish to change the color of every Part of the Outfit. And, depending on the colors you choose, it can be even steeper.
Fortunately, changing the Pattern of the Outfit will only run you a single Sewing Thread, which can likely change in the future if they enable you to apply multiple Patterns. Additionally, if you want to use a Pattern for the Helmet as well, you will need at least two Sewing Thread to do that.
You can change so many Parts of the Outfit, allowing you to completely change its look, which is an excellent feature overall. While we wish there were more avenues to obtain Ornate Coins, Dye, and Sewing Thread, this is the only method to get your hands o😼n them in the game and modify🍃 your Premium Outfits.
