This brings us to the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest, which requires you to partake in the Wolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Event, gather many Wolf Tails, and deliver them to Delivery Sites to complete. While noꦚt a complicated task to carry out, if you aren't aware of Dynamic Events or how to access the💎m, you may be struggling to start it.

How To Start Return Of The Age Of The Wolves In Throne And Liberty

Hobs announcing the start of the Wolf Hunting Contest as the created character is running toward a Fierce Wolf in Throne and Liberty.

Upon reaching the Blackhowl Plains region, you will receive a handful of side quests to tackle, including the Return of the Age of the Wolves. While you can track its location on the map, you won't be able to progress this quest at all until the Wolf Hunting Contest begins.

The Wolf Hunting Contest is a Peaceful Dynamic Event in Throne and Libert that has you defeat wolves in the designated areas, gather their tails, and return them to marked Delivery Sites. But, depending on whe🌟n you stumble upon this quest, you may have to wait quite a while before this event begins.

How To Check When The Dynamic Event Begins

An overview of Blackhowl Plains region in Throne and Liberty, as well as a list of all upcoming Dynamic Events and when they begin.

To check when the next Wolf Hunting Contest begins, open your map while in the Blackhowl Plains region, then select the Event Schedule tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will open a list of upcoming Dynamic Events you can participate in.

Look for a small blue icon of a wolf, which will be the Wolf Hunting Contest. The time this Dynamic Event becomes available will be on the left, with the current time being toward the top of the list. Again, you may have to wait several hours before it becomes available next, or you can get lucky and have it🦩 begin in a few minutes.

From here, you just have to wait in the designated areas until the event begins. A man named Hobs will begin talking as it draws near, announcing the start of the Wolf Hunting Contest, allowing you to defeಞat and gather Wolf Tails𓃲.

How To Complete Return Of The Age Of The Wolves In Throne And Liberty

Gathering two Wolf Tails after defeating a Wolf during the Wolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Event in Throne and Liberty.

There are three objectives you must tackle during the Wolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Event in order to complete the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest in Throne and Liberty. If you're at the event the moment it starts, you should be able to tackle them all with ease.

Please note that you should be around Levels 8-11 before attempting this quest. You will likely be around this level, or even over it, by the time you reach the Blackhowl Plains, but double-check and ensure you're prepared before diving into it headfirst!

Possess 30 Tails/Deliver Tails At A Delivery Site

Now that you know how to access the Wolf Hunting Contest, wait for the event to begin and then start hunting yourself some wolves. This will be a bit tricky at first, as there will likely be TONS of other players attempting to do the same thing. Be patient and just search the areas for wolves that aren't being attacked.

Defeating a wolf will grant you two tails, sometimes more depending on the type and level of the wolf, but you will generally receive two for the most part. Before you bank your collection for the first time, we highly recommend obtaining 30 Wolf Tails first, as you can get that objective over and done with and then turn them into the Delivery Site to knock the first objective out. Killing two birds with one stone, so to speak.

If you're having trouble finding wolves to defeat, try heading to the other Delivery Sites and look around those areas. Wolves will be constantly spawning in, so take your time and don't panic. You will have 20 Minutes to complete these objectives, giving you all the ti🙈me in the world to obtai🍸n as many Wolf Tails as you need.

Please note you⛦ must possess 30 Wolf Tail𒅌s at once, meaning this is not accumulative. So, before cashing in any Wolf Tails to the Delivery Sites, collect 30 Wolf Tails to get the most challenging objective out of the way first, then turn them in to complete the first objective!

Last Delivery Site

Turning in Wolf Tails to the Last Deliver Site during the Wolf Hunting Contest in Throne and Liberty.

After quickly knocking out the first two objectives, your last one will be to deliver Wolf Tails to the Last Delivery Site. To complete this objective, you must wait until two of the three sites close; then, you must make your way to the last one and turn in at least one Wolf Tail.

Essentially, this means you must see the event through to the end, as the first Site will close with roughly nine minutes left in the event. The second Site will then close with around four minutes left on the clock, so you must hustle to the last remaining Site if you're far away.

Again, you only need to turn at least one Wolf Tail in at the Last Delivery Site, so you don't have to worry too much about defeating tons more wolves to complete it. Upon turning in the Wolf Tail to the only remaining Site, you will complete the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest!
