The Expedition you choose to send your Amitoi on really depends on what you're aiming for in the game. For example, if you want to level up your cooking you'll need a lot of Salt. Salt is difficult to acquire in the open world because it's a fairly uncommon drop from world mobs, but you can g꧃et plenty of Salt by repeatedly running the Urstella Fieldsﷺ expedition.
