The Witcher 4 Will Have Fans Experience Ciri's Career As A Witcher
We can see from the trailer that Ciri is clearly older - 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:which we can determine via her new voice act🎃or - meaning there's been a time skip of some sorts. It appears to showcase Ciri well int🐲o her career as a Witcher, but Kalemba has explained that The Witcher 4 will take players on the "journey" that Ciri takes to become a Witcher, implying we'll be there from the start.
"When it comes to the happiness, the moments that she was really happy about her life, it was in Kaer Morhen, among the other Witchers. For good and for bad, she wants to become a Witcher. In the word "become", there is a journey, and I wan♋t people to experience this journey."

That makes quite a bit of sense, as there are clearly some gaps in time between the end of The Witcher 3 and this first trailer for The Witcher 4. For starters, she has Witcher mutations, which she definitely d🌞oesn't have at the end of The Witcher 3. That must mean she undergoes the Trial of Grasses at some point, and it would be rather surprising to see an event as big as that just left out of the game entirely.
We also see that she has a Lynx medallion, meaning that she's part of a Witcher school. Again, that would be an extremely odd thing to leave out, so it's clear that we're going to get to experience Ciri's start as a Witcher. Until then, all we can do is pray that the game doesn't take too long, though CD Projekt Red did recently claim that it will attem🌊pt to have marketing cycles less than two years long for its new games.
