Like Geralt's other fancy gatherings, the first step is to find appropriate attire for the party. In this instance, you will be guided to a tailor that sells garments befitting high society engagements. You can access it by tracking the optional objective. It'll lighten your coin pouch by about a thousand crowns, 🥀though it'll help you eva🅺de barbed comments from the duchess.
Other clothes can work. For example, the Ornate Robe from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dead Man's Party will draw the duchess' approval. Geralt's lack of fashion will not stop the investigation and this objective can be ignored, if you wish.
Once you're dressed and ready to attend the ball, go to the designated spot to wait for the duchess. She'll arrive at nig💟ht, just in 🍌time to enter the ball.
Participating In The Party
The pair get into the party without a hitch, though they have missed Cecilia's performance. The good news is that she is still mingling with the guests and is somew🐼here in th🐬e crowd. You'll just have to find her.
Along the way, you can participate in four activities throughout the venue. These diversions are entirely optional but can add some fun to the otherwise 🔥boring eve🃏nt.

Painting The Canvas |
Geralt can channel his inner Jackson Pollock and decorate a canvas with paintballs. You can find this on the left of the entrance, where you throw paintballs at a blank canvas. The crowd will𒊎 comment on Geralt's masterpiece as youᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ work. |

At the back of the venue, you can find several red lanterns resting on a railing. Interacting with one will ignite a fire inside and let it float into the sky. |

This would be a poor party without alcohol. You can have Geralt drink shots of Absinthe from glasses throughout the venue. |

Messing With The Mimes |
One of the attractions at the party are a pair of mimes directly below the entrance. You can mess with their performance by interacting with the space between them as they act out a tug-of-war. |
There are also a handful of notes and other objects th🐻at will invite comments from Geralt and the duche𒆙ss if discovered.
How To Find Cecilia
While the side activities are fun, the entire reason why Geralt has come is to find Cecilia somewhere at the party. You can find someone matching her description in the first alcove on the left, relative to the entrance.
This woman isn't the singer, but she does tell Geralt that Cecilia had met the Cintrian and was last seen heading for the refreshment tables. When you arrive, look for an opened heart-shaped box on a table. It had contained a perfume that Geralt can follow. The scent leads to a building only meant for the organizers.
The guard enforcing the restriction recognizes the duchess at once, making an exception for her and letting you follow the scent to Cecilia's room.
Tracking Down The Cintrian
You are confronted with the singer's body as soon as you open the door. The duchess immediately leaves to inform Orianna, the event's organizer, while Geralt tries to track the Cintrian down.
Investigate both the body and the marks on the door before heading out to the balcony and walking across a makeshift bridge connecting to the adjacent balcony. A set of footsteps leads to a ladder around the corner. Climb it to reach another room with signs of a struggle.
There is no shortage of clues in this room, though you will want to focus on the yellow jewelry and the bloody hunting knife on the ground. The former is by the bed and the latter is laying on the floor, by the door.
Orianna arrives as soon as you investigate the clues, inviting both the duchess and Geralt for a discussion about the night's events. While interesting, it quickly turns riveting when Regis and Dettlaff arrive at the party. The choices in this conversation will not affect the ending, though they are worth considering carefully.
Thanks to the clues uncovered by this investigation, Geralt is ready to corner the person responsible for the killings in the quest, Capture the Castle.
