What Order To Complete The Final Preparations In
Final Preparations starts after Bald Mountain, When Geralt and Ciri reach Novigrad. Once they arrive in the city, a cutscene will play before they receive four new objectives.
While you can complete the quests in any order, some quests are best experienced back-to-back. The below table is a suggestion, not an optimal route.

Out of all the quests involved in the Final Preparations, Through Time and Space, which Avallac'h starts, has the lowest recommended level at 26. Starting it first will give you some experience points to catch up if you are underleveled. |

Ciri will ask Geralt to help her after completing Through Time and Space, saving you the trouble of finding her. Considering that her quest, Payback, only starts during the day, this can streamline the process for you. |

Talk to Triss |
You will find Triss on the second floor of the Chameleon, where you can start the quest Blindingly Obvious. This also serves as your last chance to complete two quests that need Triss, The Nobleman Statuette and The Soldier Statuette. Do them now before completing the quest, if you are interested. |

Talk to Yennefer |
Yennefer's quest, on the first floor at Crippled Kate's, is the hardest quest in the collection. Doing it last will let you tackle it at the highest level possible. |
Once all quests are complete, you will start the final part, meeting Yennefer and the Lodge at Dandelion's Inn.
What To Tell Ciri In Final Preparations
Ciri will be waiting at Dandelion's Inn, preparing for a terrifying meeting with two sorceresses. She is clearly worried and asks Geralt for advice. You will have two choices here, either go with her or let her go alone.
This decision will affect the ending. Letting Ciri go alone will make it more likely for you to earn a good ending while accompanying her will do the opposite.
