The Sims 4 For Rent Features
Your Sims will now be able to reside in Tomarang, a lush tropical location with a vibrant city skyline. This Southeast Asian-inspired world is full of surprises. Botanical gardens, an animal sanctuary, and Spirit House are just some of the locations you can visit. There's also a Night Market selling food﷽ and drink items including Tofu Pad Whai, Burmese Samosa Soup, Khao Niao Mamuang, Pancit Bihon, and Banh Cuon as well as Halo Halo and Thai Iced Milk Tea.
The focus here is on multi-residential lots in which you can house several households on the same lot. You'll not only be able to live in these townhouses, duplexes, and apartments, but you'll also be able to try your hand at being a landlord to Sim tenants. Choose to live in the beautiful pre-built homes or create your own with a range of new furniture including wood carvings, rattan chair🥀s, Wooden window shades and Sou🌃theast Asian-inspired decor.
With Sims living in close quarters additions will also be made to Sims interactions. They can get involved in community events such as a Potluck or Pool Party, or just find out more about each other through eavesdropping, snooping, or even breaking and entering. Kids aren't left out either, with hopscotch and marbles both being added for them to play.
Noisy neighbours, and broken plumbing also seem to be the norm in some places, alongside electricity outages. There's also a terrifying looking death from what appears to be mould. Looks like it's not all going to be plain sailing!
