In this guide, we are going to take you through this challenge. In total, there are ten generations of Sims that you will need to play through to 'complete' the challenge; we will go over the guidelines for each generation, allowing you to easily follow along.
It's important to note that there are several different versions of the Aesthetic Legacy Challenge; you can even make your own, with each generation representing a different aesthetic. In this guide, we are following the version created by and .
Challenge Overview
The Aesthetic Legacy Challenge lasts for ten generations, and each one has quite a bit of guidelines that you can follow. In addition to traits, aspirations, and jobs, there are a few miscellaneous rules, such as mastering a certainও skill or making friends with certain Sims.
As a self-imposed challenge, don't worry if you can't completely follow the rules. Challenges are just meant for fun, and as long as you try your hardest and enjoy what you are doing, it's fine!

The first generation we ha🎃ve is the Hippie. As a Hippie, your Sim grew up with strict parents, and now, they are branching out into the world.
The rules for this generation are quite simple, just relax, eat some veggies, and get to creating!

The second generation is all about expressing yourself through music. The description given for Indie Grunge states t𒁃hat music is the only thing that gets your Sim through life.
Like the previous generation, the rules here are pretty simple. Just be sure to click on your Sim and choose "Cry it out" whenever they become sad.

At its core, Y2K is a computer error that was related to computers during the change between 1999 and 2000. Since then, it has evolved into something else entirely, with Y2K being used to describe early 2000s fashion.
As such, this generation embraces this early 2000's vibe. Live the party life, make drinks, and become a serial romantic! You can channel your inner Britney Spears, Nicole Richie, and Paris Hilton.

The Kawaii Streamer generation is a bit more structured than the previous ones. Rather than finding your Career and sticking with it, your Sim will have some 'character development', realizing that being 🍰a Streamer is their dream.
Although being a Tech Guru isn't quite right for your Sim, your future lover is in this field, so be sure to socialize with your coworkers!

Next, we have the Vintage generation. This is the start of the rich and spoiled section of the family tree, as the effects of spoiling the children and grandchildren help🔴 shape their future personalities.
In addition to spoiling your Sim's family, they will own and operate a quaint diner, worthy of the Vintage generation title.
