How To Cook In Tears Of The Kingdom
To cook in Tears of the Kingdom, you'll simply need to have Link hold a few ingredients (which you can select from the [+] Button inventory menu, up to five at a time).
Once they're in your hands, drop them into a cooking pot, Portable Pot from one of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the many Zonai dispensers, or even just an open fire.
Cooked food replenishes more hearts than raw food, so 💃it's always helpful to have a handful of meals on hand when yo🦩u're out exploring Hyrule.
Cooking an ingredient in some way will double its restorative value, giving you double the healing 𒁏for very minimal work.
Hearts and effects will always be shown on your Materials tab.
To make full meals, you'll need to head to a cooking pot or whip out one of your Portable Pots, as these need to be prepared. However, if you're just roasting ingredients, you can do so on any source of fire, no utensils required.
Flash-grilled foods are helpful in the early game, as they never replenish too many hearts, b𒁃ut as you start to accrue more heart containers, you'll find yourself needing meals before long.
Where To Find New Recipes
Recipes in Tears of the Kingdom are obtained in a number of ways, but one of the most visually obvious ones are at Stables and occasionally in general goods shops in the towns around Hyrule.
In 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:each Stable and in the local stores when you visit towns, you'll see a poster with a photo of a prepared meal, with one to five ingredients listed below (typically something relatively local to the area).
But the good news is that you don't need to memorize recipes, as the game will store a recipe for you after the first time you've 🧸made that dish.
You can then choose to cook by recipe after making the dish once, which can be a very ಞeasy shortcut if you're preparing several 🧸meals at once.

How To Add Buffs To Meals And Elixirs
While regular cooked food in Tears of the Kingdom does replenish lost heart containers, you can also use meals and elixirs to add powerful buffs just by🐷 us🥂ing different ingredients in your base recipes.
You'll often find ingredients around Hyrule that offer elemental resistance and boosts, additional attack or defense, or assist surviving down in The Depths.
To include this buff in a recipe, simply use an ingredient that matches the buff. These are often pre🔜tty obvious in the name 🌊and appearance of each item.
When trying to add buffs to recipes in Tears of the Kingdom, you'll need to add an ingredient that incorporates the buff into one of your regular recipes.
For example, if you've got , cooking five of them will yield a Chilly to offer heat resistance, while cooking five will yield only a regular Mushroom Skewer.
It's the same base ingredient, but with additional effects to yield the boosts you want.
Any effect added to an ingredient is shown in the top corner of the meal itself on your Cooking tab.
What's The Difference Between Meals And Elixirs?
While meals in Tears of the Kingdom are made with the food-based ingredients you find around Hyrule (fruits, mushrooms, meats, etc.), elixirs are made of bugs and monster parts.
And though they don't use traditional ingredients, elixirs count toward your 100 percent completion with the Tears of the Kingdom recipes.
To make an elixir, you'll need a bug with your intended effect and at least one monster part, which a💃re the Horns, 🎐Claws, and Guts dropped by monsters in combat.
The stronger the enemy that dropped the part, the stronger you🧔r elixir will be. You can also includ𓂃e multiples of the critters that grant your desired effect to strengthen said effect or the duration for which it lasts.
Don't use critters with regular recipes! These will end up as , so keep critters exclusively for elixirs.

Don't try to cross effects to grant two boosts at once - it will come out as Dubious Food, wasting the potentially valuable ingredi🦩ents wit🍰h effects.
If it doesn't end up Dubious Food, it will usually default to being just a regular meal to r🉐eplenish hearts, without the intended bonus effects.

All Tears Of The Kingdom Recipes
Below, you'll find every Tears of the Kingdom recipe, in its most basic form.
As mentioned above, adding ingredients with effects alters the recipe to offer those boosts. The recipes listed below replenish hearts, but by adding any ingredient that grants your intended effect, you'll replenish hearts and have the bonus effect.
Use these recipes as a base and have fun with your culinary adventures!
How many hearts each meal regains will depend on how many of each ingredient you use when cooking. Rarer ingredients yield more hearts when cooked, as does using more ingredients in a disꩲh, even if they're the same ones more than once.
Cooking food typically doubles the heart replenishment of if you'd eaten the ingredients raw, so the more hearts something replenishes raw, the more it'll replenish when cooked💜.

Roasted And Frozen Foods
In Tears of the Kingdom, you can permanently alter ingredients by roasting them on a fire, or by dropping them in a cold environment.
While frozen foods offer heat resistance for a short time, roasted foods double the hearts replenished by the ingredient if you'd eaten it raw.
You may find items that are already roasted or frozen, but you can also make them by dropping ingredients into either open fire or into extreme cold (like water in cold regions of Hyrule).
Below are all ingredients that can be either roasted or frozen in Tears of the Kingdom. You only need the one ingredient for these meals.
Roasting ingredients that normally grant an effect will remove the effect, simply replenishing hearts instead. It's best to saveꦯ those for🦹 recipes unless you're desperate for food.
