As you explore Hyrule as Zelda with Tri, you'll find many rifts tearing apart the land. Your goal in The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom is to restore these rifts so that they are sealed, rescuing the people trapped inside and freeing Tri's friends. It will take your most creative ideas to solve puzzles through both c﷽ombat and the power of echoes.

In the frosty Lanayru Temple, there are plenty of puzzles to solve and you des▨cend each level. Thankfully we'll help you thaw out the frozen dungeon on the holy mountain and make your way to the boss hidden within.

Lanayru Temple 1F

When you enter the Lanayru Temple, you'll find some murals along the walls. After discussing them with Tri, move along the icy pathways to enter the first floor's main chamber.

Mak💮e sure to activate ☂the waypoint in the foyer first!

In this chamber, the way ahead is frozen over. You'll need to head into the chamber to the right to thaw the massive block of ice. Use your echoes to cross over the icy waters, then bind Tri to the flaming orb on the pedestal.

Carefully carry it back across the water and place it on the empty pedestal. This will power up the heater in the main chamber, melting the wall of ice and revealing a ladder down to the first basemen𝓰t.

Lanayru Temple B1

Head down the ladder to enter the first basement. Beware of evil snowmen and other enemies that block your path! In this chamber, continue west to reach the next ladder, then descend into a frosty room.

Move the boulder here to block the ice vents coming from the walls, then cross over and enter the next chamber. You can also place boulders with the power of your echoes!

The next room has a similar puzzle, but both warm and cold vents. Start with the room on the left by the ice vent, blocking the ice with a boulder. Pass over it and enter the door beyond. Through the iron bars, bind Tri to the flaming orb and drop it on the empty pedestal to activate the heater.

Make sure to block the ice vent beforehand so that the flame orb isn't destroyed.

Return to the previous chamber, where the icy floor has now melted. In the now thawed pool of water, you'll spot a small key at the bottom. Swim down to collect it so you can open the locked door on the right!

Return to the room with the iron bars and drag the fiery orb in front of the ice vent to change it into a frozen orb. Place it on the pedestal to re-freeze the floor, then head back.

Move the boulders on the right and use your preferred echoes to reach the door at the top of the room.

Use the small key to open the door and proceed to the next room, descending the ladder down to the second basement.

Lanayru Temple B2

After climbing down the ladder into the ice caverns, you'll find plenty of rock walls to scale along with dangerous icicles that will drop at set intervals. Carefully make your way down, timing your movements with the icicles so you don't get struck or frozen by ice vents.

As you scale the wall to the right, use water-block echoes to get past the ice vents. Then, wait until the icicle forms to drop down on the other side. Descend the ladder into the next chamber.

Placing water-block echoes in front of the ice vents will create ice blocks!

Use your preferred echoes to cross the chasm, navigating around the ice vents. In the next chamber, use your fire-based echoes to melt all the ice blocks and reveal another 🔯ladder. Take it into another room with rock walls, carefully makin♚g your way to the bottom.

Bind Tri to the flaming orb and cautiously carry it to the top of the room. Use your echoes to take the path on the left, avoiding the ice vents. Then, move back to the right, dropping the orb onto the empty pedestal.

This will activate the heater in the room above, allowing you to cross o💎ver after climbing back up the ladder.

Head into the chamber on the right, where you'll find several ice blocks and two pressure plates. Push an ice block across the chasm and step onto the other pressure plate at the same time the ice bl♔ock passes over the other. This will solve the puzzle, revealing♑ a treasure chest!

Inside the chest is a small key. Head back into the last room and unlock the door to the left. Inside, you'll be trapped with several enemies. Defeat them all to open the doors and free yourself.

Another treasure chest will appear in the room, which contains a map of the dungeon!

Enter the door to the left and activate the waypoint. Take a few moments here to prepare, as the dungeon miniboss is just up ahead!

How To Defeat The Green Goo Mini Boss

The Green Goo boss will leap out at you as soon as you enter the room. Summon your best combative echoes to defend you and avoid the falling rocks when the goo boss shakes the chamber.

Once the boss is defeated, leap across the puddle of goo into the next room by descending the ladder.

Lanayru Temple B3

In this first area, you'll need to ignite each brazier. There are four for you to reac♐h:

• The top left. When you first descend, head to the west and melt the ice to reach the brazier.
• On the easternmost ledge. Melt the ice to the right after descending the ladder next to the first brazier. Continue to the right and use your echoes to reach the ledge above the small pool. Ignite the brazier.
• Above the flaming bat. Next to the rock wall, take the ladders down and to the left. Use your echoes to ignite the brazier in the alcove.
• Past the icicles. All the way to the right, on the same level of the flaming bat, you'll find icicles ready to drop. Just beyond them in the last brazier.

Once all the braziers are lit, the door on the left will open꧙, allowing you to reach the ladder into the next chamber.

How To Get The Big Key

In the next room, you'll see a large chest that contains the 𒐪big key to reach the dungeon boss. However, it's blocked by iron bars. The only way to open it is to activate the big yellow button by rolling a snowball, however, the pool of water prevents it from reaching the buꦕtton.

To correct this, head into the room to the south.

Continue past the orbs into the next room, where you'll need to vanquish al🌄l the enemies to 🐻proceed.

Enter the large southernmost chamber and take the path to the right. Move north and defeat the enemies here. Block the ice vents, then carry the flaming orb across the frosted cavern and drop in on the ped🀅estal. This melts the ice in the large ch✤amber.

Make your way back there and dive into the water. Move the boulder from it's place on the ledge onto the button to open the western door. Continue through one room into the ne🌜xt, where you'll need to move a fla꧒ming orb into place.

The trick is to turn it into a frozen orb, then hop over th🌄e last heat vent.

Place the frozen orb on the pedestal and return to the chamber with two pressure plates. Slide an ice block across the room, then step on the other pressure plate at the same time to open the iron gate to the north of the room.

Here's you'll face another set of enemies. Defeat all the wolfos here, then proceed into the next chamber.

Watch out for the frozen enemy in the nex🐼t room, which will attack immediately.

Use your echoes and the surrounding ice blocks to stop the ice vents from reaching you, then carry the flaming orb🎉 at the far left corner of the room to🅰 the empty pedestal.

This will activate the heater in the room adjacent to the large chest, melting the wall of solid ice preventing you ♈from accessing the pedestal beyond.

Make your way back to this room to finish 🧸the puzzle!

Light the brazier next to the door, then transform the frozen orb into a flaming orb. Drop it on the pedestal to melt the ice blocking the big yellow button, then drop a frozen orb on the pedestal to freeze the water into a smooth surface.

Return to the big yellow button in front of the chest and step on it. A giant snowball will barrel across the ice and press the othe🌃r yellow button. The bars in front of the chest will drop and you can retrieve the big key! Take the passageway to the right to reach the fourth basement and the big door.

Activate the waypoint here so you can fast travel later!

Lanayru Temple B4

Once you unlock the big door, you'll face the dungeon's main boss: Skorchill. This is🌞 a tough fight with several stages, but you can do it with the arsenal of echoes you've learned.

Skorchill Boss Fight

Skorchill will stomp about and drop icicles around you. Avoid them and focus on dealing fire-based damage to this Goliath. Switch into swordfighter form to fire arrows and take a swipe at him when you can get close.

Pay attention to the elements Skorchill uses based on the he🐼lmet he wears. Keep your distance and strike at him with your best echoes until he's defeated.

Once Skorchill has been dealt with, Tri's friends will be freed and help you restore the rift within the temple. You'll be rewarded with a full heart and five might crystals for your trouble.
