How To Recruit Riekling Followers In Skyrim
You will only be able to unlock Riekling followers if you side with them in the quest 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Chief of Thirsk Hall. Throughout the quest, you will need to carry out the Chief's three orders and side with him against the Nords.
Thirsk Mead Hall is found to the east of the Beast Stone, which you will visit 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:during the quest, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cleansing the Stones.
Once the quest is complete, you will be able to speak to individual Rieklings and bring them along as followers.
If you side with the Nords, you will be unable to have Riekling followers. There will be no further opportunities to unlock the ability to do so elsewhere.
How Powerful Are Riekling Followers?
If you spend a lot of time exploring Solstheim, then you'll quickly learn that Rieklings are a force to be feared. Even though most individual Rieklings aren't too powerful, they often travel in grou♔ps, which makes꧂ them a larger threat.
However, the Rieklings that you can recruit as followers aren't quite as strong since you can only have one Riekling following you at a time. Regular Rieklings, Scout Rieklings, Hunter Rieklings, and Warrior Rieklings are the four tiers of Riekling fol♌lowers that you can recruit, and each appears depending on your level.
As typically ranged fighters, having a Riekling traveling with you will ensure that there will always be someone pelting distant enemies. They are less likely to run to an untimely demise than most animal followers as well.
Some Rieklings use bows, while others carry spears, so you have to factor in which type of weapon you want your Riekling f🥀ollower to use before recruiting them. Rieklings can also carry items similar to regular companions, which makes recruiting one of these creatures much more worthwhile.
Since Rieklings take up an Animal Companion spot instead of a regular follower space, Rieklings are one of the most useful types of followers in Skyrim, and you can have one at your side while also traveling with a human companion.
Overall, Riekling companions are some of the best followers in Skyrim, depending on their rank and the weapon they use during combat. Rieklings can also equip armor if you place it in their inventory, and although it doesn't change their appearance, it does make them stronger during combat.
