Character Achievements
These are earned through interactions with the Alters. Each Alter has a storyline and a lesson. These can be completed independently of one another - you don't necessarily need to learn a character's lesson to finish their story, for example. Lessons tend to come earlier, while storylines don'﷽t finish until around Act 3.
Just complete any tasks that Alters give you, and make s𝐆ure they stay on your side through the Act 2 decision point, and you should be able to ๊see the full story of everyone on your crew.
