You'd think in the 16 years since the game's release at least one of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Team Fortress 2's many iconic voices would have sat down to actually play the game. Turns out that Dennis Bateman (Spy, Pyro), Gary Schwartz (Heavy, Demoman), Robin Atkin Downes (Medic), John Patrick Lowrie (Sniper), and Ellen McLain (Administrator) all had better things to do than slay fans in an online shooter. That is, until very recently when a TF2 fan brought the gang together to play their game for the very first time.
We have YouTuber and TF2 fan to thank for gathering Team Fortress 2's voice actors in a studio to have them all play the game as their characters. These games were all played on live servers, which often brought the match to a complete standstill when everyone found out who they were playing with.
Part of the problem was forꦇ many of the TF2 cast, this was their first time playing a shooter in general, so they needed some coaching. Luckily, the players themselves were all too happy to teach the Medic how to heal, the Heavy how to punch, and the Spy how to backstab.
"I'm a back-stabbing bastard!" said Bateman after discovering the correct button to unleash the Spy's signature attack. Meanwhile, Schwartz thought it was "weird hearing my recordings from 15 years ago" shouted back at him as he emptied his minigun of ammunition. After that, both teams surrounded Schwartz to form an impromptu boxing ring.
In the end, all agreed they'd had tremendous fun, and Lowrie even said he'd play TF2 "more often now."
"This was an amazing experience for me," said Bateman. &♒quot;I am an old-school spy and I have never played this game before in my life! It was exciting, it was invigorating, and I think maybe I may take up playing this game."
As for the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ongoing saga of the lost sandwich, Downes admitted that the team still hasn't found it but is "still looking for it." We'll be sure to report on updated sandwich sightings as the TF2 gang post more of their ongoing antics.
